Yes. Our shop has a Grab and Go option where you can buy individual meals. The 5 meal set is also a good way to try us out.

Order by 10pm on Thursday and your meals are ready from Monday. Collect from 7:30am on Monday or Thursday, or choose delivery on Monday or Wednesday. Orders placed after 10pm on Thursday are ready the following Monday.

Our meals are cooked on Monday and Wednesday and stay fresh for 3 days after you collect or receive them. Check the use-by date on each label if you’re unsure.

We work out the macros from the full batch we cook, then divide them across the portions. Calories and the carbohydrate, fat and protein breakdown are on every label.

Every meal is labelled with its allergens. Please tell us about any allergies before you order.
