We offer a Grab and Go option in our shop which allows you to buy individual meals.

All meals ordered by 10pm on Thursday will be ready for collection from 730am at Lean Cuisine Gateshead the following Monday and Thursday. If you chose our delivery option then we will deliver your meals to your chosen address Monday and Wednesday

We split your meal packages into two delivery/collection days to ensure all food is fresh. We cook on a Monday and Wednesday and your meals will be fresh for 3 days from collection/delivery. If you’re ever unsure please check the packaging of each meal to see the use by date.

You can find total calories and a macronutrient breakdown of carbohydrates, fats and protein on your meal labels.

Each meal comes labelled with allergen information. Please inform us prior to ordering if you have any allergies.
